Our goal is to connect care seekers with quality providers without any barriers and let the provider do the rest. Senior Care Finder provides paid Premium Memberships, which allow providers to stand out amongst their competition and receive Premium placement.

Senior Care Finder is NOT a contract agent or a paid lead generation service and does not charge for leads. A care seeker does not need to provide any of their personal information in order to view providers in their area or conduct a comprehensive search on Senior Care Finder.

There is no cost to be listed on Senior Care Finder. Our goal is to provide consumers with the most comprehensive directory for all senior living and care. With over 75,000 listings, some providers choose to make their listings stand out with one of our membership options. Click here to learn more about those options.

In addition to a zip code search, we recommend using CTRL + F and typing in your street name or address to see if there is a match. It is our goal to have the most updated and accurate data for consumer searches. However, we are human. If you are a senior care provider and have the authorization to make changes to your listing, follow these step-by-step instructions to claim your listing!

  1. Search for your listing by provider name, city, county, or zip code.

  2. Once you have found your listing, click the “Claim Listing” button in the top right corner of the provider details box. Claim listing image
  3. You will receive an email notification when your claim is approved!
  4. Once approved, you will have the ability to add photos, videos, a detailed description, and provide updated contact information.

We find that listings that are claimed or "Verified" receive a dramatic increase in consumer traffic. By claiming your listing, you have the ability to add photos, descriptions, videos, virtual tours, and more—helping you stand out from the 75,000 provider listings on Senior Care Finder. Additionally, claiming your listing ensures that consumers can contact you directly through Senior Care Finder—all with no referral fees.

Having a 'Verified' stamp on your listing means one of Senior Care Finder's listing data analysts has confirmed that we have up-to-date and accurate listing and contact information. This ensures consumers can connect with you directly from your listing on Senior Care Finder.

We have two types of Star Ratings on our platform, one for Senior Care and one for Senior Living. Senior Care listings have ratings from CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), and Senior Living listings (non-CMS) have user ratings from Google reviews.

To ensure that consumers see quality, accurate, and up-to-date information, our Verified and Premium listings appear first in the search results, based on their proximity to the searched location.

Only claimants who need access to edit a listing require a login. If you need this, select "Log In" from the menu on the top right. Once on the login page, go to Register, select Provider from the role dropdown, fill in your information, and select Register once complete. You will automatically be logged in. To reset your password, select "Log In" from the menu on the top right. Once on the login page, select "Forgot your password". Input your email, select Email Link, and follow the instructions in the email you receive from Senior Care Finder.

If you want additional people to receive inquiry emails, log in and go to My Listings. Select the listing you want to add others to and select "Edit". You can now add their emails to the email addresses section for all general, pricing, and tour type inquiries. You can also add specific emails to the employment inquiries and resident contact inquiries to ensure these go directly to the most applicable individual. If you want additional claimants with admin access to edit your listing, please reach out to support@seniorcarefinder.com.

Log in, go to "My Listings", select "View Listing" on the one you want to edit, select "Edit" on the top left, make the desired changes, and save. You will need a login to manage, update, and edit your listing. Click here if you do not have a login and want information on how to create one.

Yes, once logged in, your default view will display the analytics dashboard for your locations. You can customize these metrics by date, specific location, and membership level to access the exact data you need. Analytics include:

  • Impressions: The number of times your listing appeared in search results.
  • Unique Daily Users: The count of distinct users from those impressions.
  • List Views: The number of times your listing was shown in a search.
  • Detail Views: The number of times users clicked to view your full listing.
