Reflections Memory Care is a secure building located within the same gated community as Fellowship Square Phoenix. A code is required to exit and enter the building to ensure our residents' safety and address wandering behaviors.

We provide private studios and companion suite options to create a personalized living experience tailored to your loved one's needs. For some residents, sharing a suite is beneficial, as having a companion can alleviate the anxiety of being alone. Every room includes a private bathroom and shower.

Common areas are designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents can gather for meals, engage in stimulating activities, and socialize.
