Our gated community is located on the west side of 19th Avenue, a few miles south of Cactus Road. Equal housing opportunity is afforded to all persons who meet certain State & Federal guidelines to qualify. The head or co-head of the household must meet HUD age restrictions of 62 or older and qualify under federal income standards.
