Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place is an Independent Living and Residential Care Facility for Seniors 55+. While other communities offer Independent and Assisted Living options, as a Residential Care Facility we are able to allow our seniors to age in place LONGER without having to transition to a nursing home whenever possible.

Enhancing the Human Spirit is the mission of CSL of Northpark Place and that is exhibited each and every day through our Life Enrichment programming that provide opportunities for seniors to have experiences, outings and engagement activities with other seniors that they may never have had the opportunity to experience at home as well as through the direct care and support of the staff.

In addition, we offer onside medical clinics, unlimited transportation, scratch cooked meals with recipes that are tried and true for both flavor and nutritional content leaving a very small percentage of the items that would be precooked or prepackaged.
