Our 24-hour skilled nursing facility offers post-hospital care with comfortable private and semi-private accommodations. We offer individualized care planning and regular health assessments including physical, occupational and speech therapies. There is a Registered Dietitian on staff to provide healthy, well-balanced meals. Our on-site therapy provides our residents and community members with the capabilities to maintain their independent lifestyle. The goal of our rehabilitation service is to accelerate healing and improve the client’s quality of life to the highest level possible.
