Ligutti Tower boasts some of the best downtown skyline views from our huge roof deck. There are several areas for you to socialize and enjoy the outdoors, including tables, grills and a pet area. Inside, we also have a fitness center and a large community room with a lounge area, computer lab and plenty of seating as well. 1 Bedroom​ Our 1 bedroom apartments have a fully furnished appliance package in the kitchen as well as plenty of storage space. There is a large closet that can be used as a pantry or storage unit, whichever you prefer. The apartments were completely renovated in 2014, and received all-new fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, flooring and mechanicals. One Bedroom apartments are available in a regular floor plan as well as a mobility accessible floor plan, which includes lowered switches, cabinet cut-outs and a zero-entry shower. Studio The studio apartments have been very thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and a strategically placed wall to divide the living and bedroom areas. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen with two large pantries and an eat-in area. In the living/bedroom area, you also have a very large wardrobe that gives tons of great storage.
