The website currently shows plans from 810 to 1,185 square feet, two one bedroom and three two bedroom layouts, so you have a real choice of sizes.

Shared Spaces and Pets at The Cambric

There's heated underground parking and off-street parking. The resident lounge has a kitchen, dining space and a fireplace. There's also a fitness center, a beauty salon, a theater, storage and 24-hour emergency maintenance, and the whole building is non-smoking. Dogs and cats are welcome, up to two per home, with a 40 pound weight limit once they're full grown. A dog costs $500 at move-in, with $250 of that refundable. A cat costs $300 with $150 refundable.
