Each apartment features a full-size furnished kitchen, while the remainder of the apartment is unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their favorite furniture, books, treasures, or any other important items. Rent includes all utilities except for telephone and cable television. Rent subsidies are available for those who qualify. The staff members at Jewel Lake Plaza are dedicated to assisting residents with their everyday comfort and well-being, as well as any unexpected emergencies that may occur. They are also available to help residents connect with community-based services, enhancing the quality of life. A centrally located multipurpose room, featuring a gas fireplace and common kitchen, is perfect for hosting resident potlucks, bingo games, and birthday parties. A coin-operated laundry room is centrally located for resident use. On-site resident parking is provided, complete with headbolt heater plugs.
