Located in the northeast corner of the village of Oak Harbor, across the street from Veterans Memorial Park, this vibrant community offers a beautiful setting for senior independent living. The addition of Covenant Harbor II in 2010 more than doubled Covenant Harbor’s size, adding 24 apartments and a spacious community room that embraces the look and feel of the surrounding rural community. Like many Genacross Lutheran Services housing sites, Covenant Harbor has a spiritual foundation. The community is the result of an ecumenical effort that included St. John Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor United Methodist Church and the village of Oak Harbor.
