Judson at Home is a service that supports our members’ goal of continuing to live independently at home. Our mission is simple: Our Services. Your Goal. Your Independence. Your Home. With Judson at Home, members remain the author of their own life stories. For more than a decade, Judson at Home has provided both practical resources and support for members to live life on their own terms. We help members coordinate a variety of at-home services that promote independence in all aspects of life. Our home care services include: Reminders – medication reminders, reminders to drink fluids, eat meals and attend activities Respite – intermittent short-term care in your home Physical Assistance – assistance with physical exercise routines or therapy exercises at home Hygiene – assistance with personal care, bathing, showering, and dressing Wellness – assistance with exercise classes or other physical activities Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care – caregivers are specially trained to work with individuals with cognitive issues Companionship – engage residents in meaningful and relevant conversations and social activities Home Assistance – support with laundry, housekeeping, and managing the household
