Arbor Place - Assisted Living for Memory Needs

Arbor Place is a 24-hour assisted-living facility for those with mild to moderate cognitive losses related to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. It is designed with separate cottages for small groups of residents, with each peaceful cottage furnished to feel like a traditional family-style home while providing a safe and secure living environment. According to research from the Alzheimer’s Association, intimate, home-like settings provide the greatest benefit to people with cognitive losses. Cottages have a private room for each resident, with three floorplan options available: One-Bedroom, Deluxe Studio and Studio. Having all the necessities within their own living space creates a feeling of privacy for residents, similar to that of independent living, but with 24/7 access to the care they need and a secured building. Arbor Place has design elements specifically for those living with mild to moderate cognitive loss, including consistent lighting, large windows, and common areas that encourage social interaction. Services include: Personal care assistance Medication assistance 24-hour security staff and protocols Housekeeping Wellness and recreation programs PrevNext Arbor Place is a state-certified facility supervised by our Director of Long Term Support and Services (LTSS) and a staff nurse. Specially trained employees are assigned to each cottage 24 hours a day for a low resident-to-caregiver ratio. Overnight security staff and a campus nurse are available seven days a week to provide residents and their families with peace of mind.
