Grand Haven was founded with the passion and belief that seniors deserve a choice in housing and care options that promote their independence and maintain their dignity and privacy. Owned by Callahan Construction, Inc., Grand Haven opened its doors in July 2007 with 53 apartments. We now home 88 assisted and independent apartments along with 12 memory care studio apartments and ten independent living townhomes.
