We’ve been caring for our senior community since 1987, and growing to offer you more specialized, faith-based care, right here in your hometown. We’ve created a place where individuals who need short-term inpatient rehabilitation can focus on building the strength, skills and confidence to return home. Patients staying in our private transition suites receive state-of-the-art physical, occupational and speech therapy, provided in a comfortable, caring environment. In addition to the Rehab Unit, we offer Assisted living apartments, long-term care skilled nursing, a secure memory care unit, and independent living with 16 floor plans and 10 beautiful independent cottages.Map View
