Life Plan Communities (often known as continuing care retirement communities) are designed to remove uncertainties about the future by securing an engaging, maintenance-free senior living lifestyle.  At Clermont Park, we offer a convenient rental plan, and the added benefits of our Life Plan Agreement.

Our Life Plan Agreement guarantees access to our senior living options such as our senior assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care — should the need arise. Choosing a life plan community means you will be able to stay at your community, keep your friends, and remain close to your husband, wife, or partner, if your health unexpectedly changes. In addition, should you – through no fault of your own – outlive your financial assets, your future care remains secure.

Paying a refundable up-front entrance fee provides the assurance of continued residency. This includes access to increased care, healthcare discounts, and other benefits.
