The Independent Living apartments, new Assisted Living rooms and healthcare or nursing home facilities are connected via a skyway, on one convenient campus. Care planning involves the Courtyard's Care Staff, Wellness Staff, and the residents' family, and is tailored to the hobbies, interests, and desired care of the residents.
