Mill Pond celebrated its 20th year of serving seniors in Ankeny and launched a redevelopment project in June 2015 that added 64 independent living, 40 assisted living, and 18 memory care apartments. Plus a combination of new construction and remodeled health center with options for long term care or short-term rehabilitation, and transitional care.
