Frequent parties, potluck brunches, bingo and educational in-services are held in the community room. The community room is also available, at no charge, for residents to have family functions such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Residents are close to shopping, a variety of restaurants, the public library, and medical services should the need arise. Home Care Service and Hospital Nursing Care are available upon a resident’s request. Your rent is determined by income. Income limitations are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We will provide you with HUD Facts sheet “How your rent is determined” and HUD publication of “Residents’ Rights and Responsibilities.” These two HUD guides should help you understand how your rent is calculated.
