It is an exciting time at the Normandy Senior Living campus, located on Lake Road in the city of Rocky River, Ohio. A family-owned (Orlean family) business, we have built a reputation of excellence in this outstanding Northeast Ohio suburb.

Our story began many years ago with the Normandy Apartments, an independent senior living facility. Throughout the years we have undergone significant improvements. In 2013 we devoted more than $3 million to update the Normandy Care Center. In 2016, understanding the evolving needs of our growing, vibrant senior community, we opened the Breakwater Apartments to reflect the independent, sophisticated, active atmosphere our residents requested.

In 2017, we invested more than $20 million in renovating and building a brand new facility on the Normandy property. Construction of Lakeside Assisted Living, a new assisted living and memory care facility, opened in late 2018. Every detail has been considered in the thoughtful design and comprehensive services. Our spectrum of care accommodates your needs at every age and stage: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Care.
