Our independent senior living community has been specifically designed and built for seniors age 55 and better. Our one- and two-bedroom senior living apartments in Kimberly are spacious and luxurious, while our community offers easy walking access to stores and restaurants. Our independent residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security.
