Assisted living is at The Oasis, on the southeast side of campus, with its own entrance off Sarival Avenue. Before move-in, a nurse meets one on one with each assisted living resident to set the right service level: Essential, Enhanced or Elite. The Payson studio and the Oak Creek one-bedroom both have high ceilings, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and a safety-barred walk-in shower. Reflections Memory Care is a secured wing inside that building, with a great room for meals and activities and a secure outdoor courtyard. Residents can also receive skilled nursing from a home health agency, or hospice care. A $300 monthly pharmacy management fee applies only if you use a pharmacy other than the community's own.

Campus Life at Fellowship Square Surprise

The campus is just east of Loop 303, on the south side of Bell Road in Surprise, AZ. Residents must be 62 or older, though a younger spouse or partner can live in the apartment too. Weekly church services, chaplain services and Bible study are part of campus life, along with a full calendar of events and activities and a personalized senior fitness program. There's a 24/7 concierge, and billiards and woodworking both have a home here.
