Cimarron Court is an affordable, older adult (62+) independent living community. There are six studios, 17 one-bedroom apartments, and two minimal-barrier units for those 18+ with mobility impairment. We are located in a vibrant community with beautiful city parks, unique shopping areas, several restaurants, and numerous medical facilities. Public and private transportation provides front door service. The Senior Center is a few blocks away in Yanney Park. It serves weekday lunches and has many daily activities for people 50 years and older. We work with area agencies to provide supportive services to tenants who require minimal assistance to remain living in their own homes, such as Meal on Wheels, Commodities, and home health providers. Cimarron Court is a subsidized housing community, meaning rent is approximately 30% of a person’s income and the age requirement is 62 years of age or older or have a verifiable disability.Cimarron Court is a community within Retirement Housing Foundation.
