Rennes Health & Rehab Center-De Pere is a 122-bed nursing home dedicated to providing a full range of rehabilitative therapies and 24-hour skilled nursing. We are located in a quiet De Pere neighborhood, just moments from the popular Main Street district, and offer both short-term rehabilitation therapy after a hospital stay or injury, as well as long-term rehabilitative therapy and skilled nursing to meet healthcare and support needs. Delivered as either inpatient or outpatient therapy in our brand-new, state-of-the-art therapy gym, services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies. While residents are often referred to us via physician or facility referral, we are also happy to work with people who are pre-planning their surgery and rehabilitative therapy care plan. Our highly experienced and licensed staff enjoys tremendous support for continuing education and certification programs. As we look ahead and toward the training of future clinicians, we foster strong academic relationships with in-state and out-of-state universities and colleges, offering our site for student clinical internships.
