The NHC Place at the Trace’s campus is home to a 90-bed HealthCare Center, a 80-apartment Assisted Living community, and our 20-apartment WayPoint Memory Care. Our campus has a restaurant-style dining rooms, landscaped courtyards and recreational amenities. Our Promise.
