As a result of our superior therapies and treatments, a very high percentage of residents return to their independent levels of living. Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy are available on-site, in addition to access to the highest level of nursing care. At Westhills Village Health Care, we focus on the well being of the whole person and residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, outings, and events that are designed to meet each individual's creative, spiritual, recreational, and social needs. A professional nurse is on duty 24 hours a day, and our Medical Director is involved in facility operations. Our interdisciplinary team consisting of a Social Services Coordinator, Life Enrichment Director, Director of Nursing, Therapist, and Dining Services meet on a regular basis with each resident and his or her family. This Plan of Care meeting ensures that the specific needs of each resident are being met by the most effective means possible - serving as your bridge from Hospital to Home.
