Mennonite Home

Mennonite Home provides 24-hour, post-op, short-term, and long-term services and support, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, end of life care, and ongoing, 24-hour care for residents who can benefit from a fully-supported environment. Our commitment as a Christ-centered community is to provide life-enriching services and fun to fulfill the spiritual, physical, and emotional dimensions of those we serve. A wide range of programs are offered to meet individual interests, including: outdoor gardening and scenic walks; cooking and baking; art and music; pet therapy; and brain fitness activities. On Sundays, residents can attend Christian ecumenical services held in our chapel. (See Chaplaincy Services.) Our staff includes registered and licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, certified medication assistants, a chaplain, a consultant dietician, a consultant pharmacist, an admission coordinator/insurance liaison, and a discharge planner/social services worker. Staff members are carefully selected and given ongoing education and support throughout their careers. Dining options include sharing the company of others in the dining room, and in-room dining. The menu offers a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The always available menu can be ordered 24 hours a day.
