Grace Brethren Village was established in 1969 and opened doors to residents in August 1971. Always operating as a not-for-profit ministry, we are proud to be a non-denominational, stand-alone community. The vision of the early planners of Grace Brethren Village was to provide a comfortable, affordable and secure haven for seniors, which continues to this day. Also, we are not part of, or owned by, any corporation and without fail put "people before profits." Grace Brethren Village is comprised of 83 garden-style cottages, four assisted living beds, and 45 skilled nursing and rehabilitation beds. Our community is situated on 21 beautiful acres. Ranked #1 in Montgomery County by The Ohio Department of Aging for Family Satisfaction Named by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top 100 nursing homes in the United States Historic streak of 5 Deficiency-Free Surveys in a row by the Ohio Department of Health 5-Star Nursing Home.
