Tabitha Residences are the next generation of skilled nursing and long-term Senior care. With the innovative philosophy of independent choice in a small-home environment, Tabitha now offers seven residences in Lincoln and two in Crete, Neb., for individuals and families seeking an alternative to a traditional nursing home.

Tabitha Residences were the first in Nebraska to de-institutionalize long-term care by moving it out of a large facility and into a small home. Each residence is home to nine to 17 Seniors who direct their own lifestyle, including meal times, snacks, social activities, relaxation and more. They feature spacious floor plans encouraging family togetherness while caregiving teams provide assistance with activities of daily living, as well as personalized levels of care based on each senior’s needs and goals.

This revolutionary, residential environment, complemented by Tabitha’s renowned quality of care, has proven to result in better clinical outcomes, reduced hospitalizations and an unprecedented satisfaction among older adults who are proud to call these communities home.
