We are a skilled nursing facility with a tradition of providing quality care to residents who need personal assistance, rehabilitation services, or other special personal assistance. These services are provided in an atmosphere of dignity and respect by our highly qualified, professional staff. Heritage of Bel-Air is located in Norfolk, NE, near the corner of 13th Street & Benjamin Avenue. The residents of our facility enjoy a full range of activities and services. We offer recreation activities, transportation, deluxe private or companion rooms, an in-house beautician, a beautiful chapel, restorative nursing care, and physical, speech and occupational therapies. Hospice services are also available to complete our continuum of care provided. We also offer independent housing. Heritage of Bel-Air is approved for Medicare and Medicaid. Our rehabilitation program assists residents in achieving their highest level of functioning. Many return home and follow up with outpatient therapy. Skilled and dedicated staff come to know residents like family.
