Medically Complex Care Continental Springs is designed to care for those recovering from hospitalization. This includes those suffering from illness or injury and those in need of more complex medical care. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with the patient, their physician, and the resident's family to achieve the best possible outcomes. Upon discharge of a resident, our social services department will also coordinate community resources for home care.
