As a licensed skilled nursing facility, we offer a wide spectrum of services, short-term rehabilitation stays, skilled level professional nursing care, and Alzheimer care known as Memory Support Unit. Our services are goal oriented to restore each resident to their highest level of independence and comfort. Our services include personalized care plans, open breakfast, menu-style dining, a full range of rehabilitation therapies and so much more! The Memory Support Unit is a 15-bed addition to our existing 85-bed skilled nursing facility. The addition is designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. This provides a smaller, and activity-oriented groups that are safer and more therapeutic for the residents. We provide a smoke-free facility that includes an ice cream parlor, private dining room, cable TV, chapel, enclosed courtyard, and many other features.
