Wellspring Lutheran Services has been caring for the Frankenmuth community since 1969. While much has changed in that time, our commitment to providing quality care has remained. Our facility features private, semi-private, Medicare- and Medicaid-certified rooms for short-term and long-term care. Our short-term guests and long-term residents will benefit from a staff that has been trained to approach care with more flexibility and awareness to individual needs. Our intention is to provide quality care and services in an atmosphere that promotes living each day to the fullest. Our patient experience liaison role was established in 2016 to be a support to and advocate for our patients and families. The liaison is with each resident when they arrive, and continues to build a relationship with the residents and families during their stay. By having a patient experience liaison, we can help alleviate any concerns or anxieties our residents and families may have.
