Villa Rosa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers many different services to meet the needs of residents who choose Villa Rosa for their short term or long term care stay. We have an onsite chapel where residents of different denominations can practice their faith. We have a full time wound care nurse and a wound doctor who will assess each resident and implement a treatment plan. Upon admission, each resident will be evaluated by our rehabilitation department. Our rehabilitation department will work closely with our nursing department to develop a plan of care that will allow residents to safely discharge home. Consistent communication is very important to our staff here at Villa Rosa and we encourage residents and family to attend care plan meetings to stay informed of changes in the resident's Plan of Care.
