Future Care Cold Spring

FutureCare Cold Spring, located in Northeast Baltimore providing our residents with our signature care, FutureCare has created a wonderful environment conducive to healing and well-being. The rehabilitation gym has been transformed into an expansive, cutting-edge center of excellence for post-acute therapy services, providing superb therapy seven days a week. The rehabilitation program at Cold Spring is supported by a team of highly trained professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. These renovations along with the addition of spacious well-appointed private rooms provide families with welcoming, comfortable areas to gather for quality time with their loved ones. Oversight for all care is provided by excellent attending physicians and is coordinated with a premier interdisciplinary team of caregivers, including licensed and registered nurses, geriatric nursing assistants, dietitians, individuals trained in social services, quality assurance specialists, therapeutic activity specialists and more. In addition to the comprehensive rehabilitation and skilled nursing services provided at FutureCare Cold Spring, an in-house dialysis unit, in partnership with Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital, has been added to service the needs of those residents requiring ongoing dialysis treatment.
