Comprehensive long-term care is designed for individuals requiring 24-hour professional nursing and assistance. Our staff includes registered and licensed nurses, as well as certified nursing assistants, working together to provide high-quality clinical and personal care. Care plans are developed for each person by the patient, family, and interdisciplinary care team. Clinical specialties include complex medical care and rehabilitation therapies.

Lutheran Living Health Care Center is a Medicare/Medicaid dually certified for 155 beds center licensed by the state of Iowa. Private and semi-private rooms are available, with the majority being private. Three nutritious meals are provided daily and special diets are available. Community areas, lounges, patio, and enclosed outdoor courtyard are welcoming spaces to visit with family and friends.

Our memory care support provides a reassuring safe haven for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Familiar, consistent staff is specially trained to care for residents and support families. Lutheran Living is recognized as one of the region’s most comprehensive dementia care programs.
