Welcome to Harborview of Thomasville, tucked away in beautiful Thomasville, Georgia. Located near Archbold Memorial Health and a host of other nearby providers, we offer an array of specialties. Residents come to us from our own community, and from further in Georgia and North Florida. We accommodate for both long-term and short-term residents by providing 24-hour nursing care and in-house rehab therapy. We take pride in our therapy department and utilize our knowledgeable therapist staff to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also do outpatient therapy and provide transportation on an as-needed basis. We have spacious private and semi-private rooms available. We also offer in-house beautician services, and a robust activity program that keeps our residents engaged throughout the day. We have a beautiful patio area to sit and visit. We have two large dinning rooms to accommodate meals for our residents. Our nursing department can provide that special TLC at bedsides to include medications, I.V. care, labs, x-rays, behavioral health care, in-house hospice care, dental, vision, podiatry, and hearing care. Our nursing staff handle individual outside medical appointments and provide transportation to and from appointments. We have a skilled admissions department that will answer all questions and ease your mind to ensure that the complex process becomes as easy as 1-2-3. Our Social Services department will ensure that any of our residents returning home have a smooth transition back into the community by providing continuum care through our home health and DME vendors.
