Augusta Health Center by Harborview is located directly beside Doctors Hospital providing seamless provision of services for our residents and a smooth transition to our center following a surgery or illness. Additionally, Augusta Health Center accepts referrals from Augusta Health University, Piedmont, and other hospitals and doctors offices across East Georgia and South Carolina. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing services, we offer onsite physician/nurse practitioner services 5 days per week, with after hours on-call services available 7 days per week. Our dedicated physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation staff are in-house and employees of the center. Augusta Health Center is a nursing agency free environment. We offer a host of amenities including spacious resident rooms, free salon services at our Esteem Salon and a first class dining experience. We are also proud of our outdoor covered patio space and other scenic outdoor spaces.
