Azalea Health Center by Harborview is conveniently located to Select Specialty and Walton Rehabilitation Hospitals. We also accept referrals from Augusta University hospital and Piedmont Hospital. Working closely with Charlie Norwood Veterans Administration Hospital, we are proud to care for those who served our country in the United States military. We offer a continuum of care on our campus, ranging from independent living at our Augusta Villas assisted living facility to skilled nursing and rehabilitation at Azalea Health Center. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing services, we offer medical staff 5 days per week. Our dedicated rehabilitation staff are in-house and employees of the center. Azalea Health Center is a nursing agency free environment. We offer a host of amenities including spacious resident rooms, free salon services at our Esteem Salon and a first class dining experience. We are also proud of our outdoor covered patio space and other scenic outdoor spaces.
