Healey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 120-bed facility which opened in 2013, provides top-quality short-term and long-term rehabilitation and 24/7 skilled nursing care for eligible adult county residents. We are a non-profit facility, funded and operated by the tax-supported Health Care District of Palm Beach County as part of its mission to provide access to quality health care services to residents. The staff at the Healey Center proudly serve that mission of providing healing and hope. They are committed to helping each and every resident reach and maintain their optimum possible level of functional and social ability. The Center provides rehabilitative, social, and quality-of-life activities, including entertainment within the facility and trips to outside events, restaurants, and other activities.
