The Residences on Lincoln Square is a new 55+ affordable senior apartment community coming to the heart of Worcester, Massachusetts, revitalizing the historic 1929 Worcester Boys Club building in the city’s vibrant cultural district. Now accepting applications for early 2026 move-in, this thoughtfully designed community will offer 80 affordable studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments that blend classic architecture with modern amenities, creating a connected, welcoming lifestyle for active adults age 55 and older.
