Elmer Gardens will continue the partnership between Home Leasing and Better Neighborhoods, Inc to revitalize the Eastern Avenue corridor that began with the two site Renaissance Square, a 55-unit affordable housing development including the adaptive reuse and preservation of the St. Mary’s School.
The project will include amenities such as on-site laundry, a community room, bike rack, garden patio, outdoor chess, a fitness room, a pet washing station, bike storage, a walkout deck on the roof, a central elevator, and 25 parking spaces.
