All the units are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units. The unit mix will consist of twelve (12) studio, thirty-eight (38) one-bedroom, and one (1) two-bedroom apartments. Of the fifty-one (51) affordable units, eleven (11) percent of the units (6 in total) will be restricted to 20% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below, forty-two (42) percent (21 in total) will be restricted to 50% AMI or below, and forty-seven (47) percent (24 in total) will be restricted to 60% AMI or below. All buildings will meet Enterprise Green Communities standards with Energy Star appliances.
