College Place offers 3 different floor plans to choose from: studios, suites, and patio apartments. Each apartment is equipped with staff call buttons, a fully private bath & kitchenette containing a microwave, mini-refrigerator and sink. Rooms are unfurnished, and we encourage you to add your personal touch by bringing your favorite belongings from home. At College Place, you will have everything you need to enjoy your independent lifestyle. Our staff of Medication Techs and Personal Care Attendants will provide supervision and assistance with serving meals, medication management, bathing and other daily tasks as needed. All services are available at one low monthly fee with no long-term contracts to sign.
