Our six-story community is in the middle of Hollywood, surrounded by shops, restaurants, medical facilities, and other necessary services. Residents must be at least 55 years of age and meet at least one of the following pre-application requirements: 1) monthly income must be at least twice the basic rent; 2) have a demonstrated ability to pay the basic rent based on verifiable, prior rental history, or; 3) possess either a Section 8 certificate or Section 8 voucher.
