Our mission is to help you become stronger and more independent while you’re where you want to be most: home. Our primary focus is stroke and brain injury rehabilitation. We work hard to keep you working hard to get your life back while following the recommendations of you Physical and Occupational therapists. It won't be easy, but I assure you it will be worth it! Most people leave their therapy appointments and that's where their exercises end until the next appointment. We are here to help you to continue gaining strength and endurance in a healthy and safe manner at home, leveraging the time between therapy visits to focus on your goals and recovery, reducing the time to full independence. If you aren't a Stroke or Brain injury survivor Stronger at Home also offers the more traditional companion care services for clients who may not be good candidates for independence, but just need some extra help to get around and navigate your current situation. We have kind compassionate caregivers to help with respite care, bathing, meal prep, light housework, errands and appointment transportation all available through Stronger at Home.
