Apartments and Duplexes at Windsor Park

Fifteen residential floor plans run from the 435-square-foot Halifax studio to the New Haven, a two-bedroom with a den at 1,957 square feet. Every plan has a patio or balcony, a full kitchen and a suite-style main bedroom. The one-story duplexes sit in their own 18-acre neighborhood, with nine-foot ceilings and a large basement. A new duplex neighborhood is planned too. It will have two-bedroom homes of 1,655 to 1,765 square feet, some with a den, and each with a front porch.

Assisted Living and Memory Care at Windsor Park

The newest assisted living building opened in summer 2022. It has 36 studio and one-bedroom apartments, a therapy gym and more outdoor space. The community also has a preferred partnership with Northwestern Hospital. Across campus, assisted living apartments run from 382 to 769 square feet. You or your loved one would need to be at least 62. You'd also need help with at least two daily activities and a doctor's order. Memory care is in studios of 342 to 440 square feet. Your loved one would have a specially trained team and a silent nurse-call system. There's also SAIDO Learning, brain exercises residents are encouraged to do five times a week.

Nursing Care and Rehab at Windsor Park

Skilled nursing is Medicare-certified, with nursing care 24 hours a day, IV therapy and wound care. Feeding tubes, oxygen and suctioning are there when they're needed. Suites are private or semi-private, with a half or full bath. A staff physiatrist manages rehab, bringing together physical medicine, therapy and pain management. The Centrum and More at Windsor Park

The Centrum is the heart of the community, with fitness rooms, gathering spaces, art studios and dining. Formal meals are in the Dining Room. There's also a music room, a game room, a wood shop, a solarium for gardening, walking trails and new pickleball courts.
