Trinity Village Assisted Living

Trinity Village Assisted Living, located in Hickory, NC offers assisted living & memory care.

In addition to skilled nursing care, we offer assisted living for residents who need a little support to achieve their maximum level of independence.

Trinity Village has 90 assisted living beds, 63 in the Dogwood neighborhood, which features a dining room, puzzle/game room, putt-putt green and weekly activities (crafts, games, exercise, and spiritual gatherings).

There are an additional 20 assisted living memory care beds in the Shepherd House neighborhood and 7 assisted living beds on the Trinity Terrace neighborhood. Both units are secured and have their own outside courtyard, dining, and recreation areas.

Assisted living residents can participate in group activities throughout the facility and at times, will leave the facility to go shopping, see a play, participate in the county fair, or even go on overnight outings when possible.
