Cottages include water and gas utilities. They also have private patios with a lake view and full-size laundry rooms. Independent living apartments come in six plans, from a 625-square-foot one bedroom to a 1,433-square-foot two bedroom.

Meals and Amenities at The Vincent

The full-service dining room has a restaurant-level kitchen. There's also a private dining room and a bistro, plus in-home dining and outdoor meals in the courtyard. Around the community you'll find access to a whirlpool tub, a full-service beauty salon, scheduled transportation, a game area, a theater room and a library. Assisted Living at The Vincent

Assisted living has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom plans from 365 to 953 square feet. Each comes with a kitchenette, a walk-in shower and an emergency call pendant. The assisted living lists include three meals a day, weekly housekeeping and laundry, and all utilities. It also lists medication management and a full-time licensed nurse. The on-site wellness center offers rehab as needed.

Memory Care at The Vincent

Memory care has private 325-square-foot studios and a 350-square-foot deluxe studio. Your family member can choose activities like music therapy, pet therapy and sensory stimulation. Secure areas let residents wander and explore, within a steady daily routine. Meals follow a nutrition plan made for each person, and they can be brought to your family member's room when needed.
