GreenField Terrace is the newest residential space at The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster, NY. We offer memory care services for seniors in an environment that feels like home.
Three of the four separate houses at GreenField Terrace are designated for memory care residents. These homes are situated around a central enclosed courtyard. This gives residents a chance to get outside, garden, and enjoy the fresh air without the risk of wandering. There are only 12 rooms in each of these memory care houses, allowing for more individualized attention and care in a comfortable and less structured environment. Nurses are on-site 24 hours a day and Care Partners provide the assistance and other care services each resident needs.

In the dedicated memory care homes, residents with a primary diagnosis of dementia receive tailored care and assisted living services. The enclosed layout of the building is designed to remove the risk of wandering, while allowing each resident some freedom to enjoy the outdoors of Western New York during the nice weather in the warmest months of the year.
