Hubbard Hill Senior Living

Our licensed assisted living and independent apartment residences are open to seniors age 62 and older. Spacious studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments are available in a variety of neutrally decorated floor plans. Residents choose their own apartment and bring in furniture and items to make it their home, and we even allow pets. Apartments feature spacious closets, large bathrooms, scenic views of the master gardener’s courtyards, flowers, and space to entertain family and friends. Select apartments include either a kitchenette or full size kitchen. Supportive nursing services are available as residents need them, and residents have peace of mind knowing that if their needs change from independent to assisted living, they can remain in the same apartment with nursing services coming to them. In addition, residents will receive priority consideration for the rehabilitation or healthcare areas of our campus should their needs change. We encourage visiting family and friends to utilize the many amenities of Hubbard Hill. Community rooms and private dining rooms are available for special gatherings, bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary parties, and special events, all at no additional charge to residents. Catering is available for a fee. Beautiful ponds, flower gardens, and peaceful views of the Angel Garden offer the perfect place to reflect or socialize, and many residents enjoy our Founder’s Chapel and auditorium where worship and music take place regularly.
