We have over a century of experience nurturing older adults. The longevity of staff members notes the dedication to our mission. Executive Director Susan Cincinelli has 47 years tenure. The management team of Marylou Ginsburg Coordinator of Building Services, Wendy Cincinelli Coordinator of Business Services and Liz Daniels Coordinator of Member Services round out the staff with a combined total of 40 years service at Oak Crest.

A “Tenure Team” with each member serving 5 years or more tops the experienced staff.
